At Lost Designer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury pieces, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the Lost Designer shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
